How to get there:

By Bus: D3, 15, 115, 135

By Train: Between Westferry and Limehouse DLR stations

Car Parking: Limited parking in Church car park for musicians, accessed via Three Colt Street, but please DO NOT BLOCK THE PATHWAY AROUND THE CHURCH! Parking available in nearby streets.

Rehearsal on concert day

Important: There is no session at the Phoenix in the morning!

Building access

In the afternoon, entrance to the church is via the side door – face the main church entrance doors on Newell Street and go round to the left.

In the evening the main door will be open for guests.

Instruments/cases – please leave these downstairs whenever they are not in use.

Volunteers needed:

We need your help to make the concert run smoothly, including setting up, welcoming the audience and handing out programmes, gathering donations, refreshments and especially clearing up after the concert.

Concert Dress:

• Saturday ELLSO and IPE players: Black below the waist, plain bright colour above
• PE players : All black

Please bring: Music, music stand, spike holder, instrument, stand light (if you have one – some people find churches a bit dark).

Refreshments:

Tea and coffee will be available in the crypt during the afternoon.

There are places nearby where you can get drinks and snacks.

Refreshments will be served after the concert.

NO DRINKS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MAIN PART OF THE CHURCH.

Please invite family and friends.

The concert is free and starts at 7pm
